A video of a woman dancing to the song ‘Mere Ghar Ram Aaye Hain ‘ is going viral on social media claiming that the woman in the video is Ananya Das, the district collector of Sambalpur, Odisha.

Fact
A reverse image search of the video led us to the video shared by content creator Mradula Mahajan on her YouTube, Instagram, Facebook in January 2024. She has mentioned in her youtube channel that she was seen in the video.
We also found that Ananya Das had clarified that she was not the dancer in the video through an X (formerly twitter) post on January 27,2024.
Thus it is clear that the woman dancing in the video is not Sambalpur district collector Ananya Das.
