Fact
A Google lens search on the keyframes of the viral clip led us to a YouTube post by @clip_dep77, dated September 22, 2024.
The Israeli military on September 28, 2024 announced that Nasrallah was killed in Beirut. Hezbollah also confirmed his death on the same date.
On further Google lens search, we found an Instagram post by @iran_plus_ir, dated August 20, 2024, carrying the same footage.
Another Instagram profile, @lor__official, had shared the viral video on August 11, 2024.
We were not able to ascertain the other details about the video. However, it predates the killing of the Hezbollah Chief.
Hence, an old video has been falsely shared to show Iranians celebrating Hassan Nasrallah’s death.
