Israeli Police Removing Indians From Bomb Shelter? No, Here’s The Truth Behind Viral Clip

Video shows Israeli police forcibly removing Indians from a bomb shelter amid recent military tensions with Iran.

A keyword search for “Indians,” “Israel” and “bomb shelter” on Google did not yield any credible reports stating that Indian-origin people were forcibly removed from such bunkers. 

We then looked up the keyframes of the viral clip on Google Lens which led us to an X post by Arabi21 News, dated May 29, 2025. Carrying the now viral clip, it stated that the protesters entered the headquarters of Likud Party demanding an end to the war in Gaza.

A report by Al Jazeera, dated May 28, 2025, corroborated that dozens of Israeli protesters stormed into the headquarters of the Likud Party which is led by PM Benjamin Netanyahu. “The protest was in response to the failure to reach an agreement to halt the war on Gaza and release Israeli prisoners (translated Arabic via Google),” it stated. The report also featured an X post by the Quds News Network carrying the same video.

We then searched for keywords “protesters,” and “Likud Party Headquarters” in Hebrew on Google which led us to a report by Israel-based ynet, dated May 28, 2025, stating, “Dozens of protesters broke into the Ze’ev Citadel (the building that houses the party HQ) in Tel Aviv this evening, and gathered in front of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office. The protesters said they “began a non-violent sit-in protest, which will last 600 minutes,” and barricaded themselves in the place for almost four hours until they were forcibly evacuated…” 

It also featured a video showing the police officers dragging the protesters out of the building.

Multiple other outlets such as this, this and this also reported on the same.

Hence, we find that the viral posts claiming to show the Israeli police removing Indians from bomb shelter are false. The video actually shows police dragging out protesters from the Likud Party headquarters in May 2025.
