Fact

Newschecker split the video into several keyframes and conducted a reverse image search on them, which led us to a video, published 9 years ago, in November 2014, claiming to show a GRAD missile attack on Donbass region by the Ukrainian army.

We also found another  video of the same attack on YouTube from December 3, 2014, with a caption that read, “Powerful night salvo from hail (sic)”.

We also found an X post by a handle called @Conflicts, dated, December 1, 2014, carrying a keyframe from the same video. “Massive Ukrainian Grad barrage against #NAF positions in eastern #Ukraine,” the X post read.

However, the YouTube link attached to the X post is not active.

Thus, the available evidence indicates that the video has been on the internet since 2014 and is not from the recent attack on Israel by Iran.

Result: False
