सोशल मीडिया पर एक वीडियो क्लिप को शेयर कर दावा किया गया कि पीएम मोदी ने औरंगजेब की मज़ार पर फूल चढ़ाए।

दावे की सत्यता जानने के लिए हमने वायरल क्लिप को ध्यान से देखा। हमें वीडियो की बाईं की तरफ न्यूज चैनल Republic World का लोगो नज़र आया। इसके बाद हमने Republic World के यूट्यूब चैनल को खंगालना शुरू किया। हमें Republic World के यूट्यूब चैनल पर सात सितंबर, 2017 को अपलोड किया गया एक वीडियो प्राप्त हुआ। वीडियो के मुताबिक, ‘ म्यांमार में बहादुर शाह जफर की मज़ार पर श्रद्धासुमन अर्पित करते पीएम मोदी।’ वायरल क्लिप का हिस्सा Republic World द्वारा अपलोड किए गए वीडियो के 40वें सेकेंड से देखा जा सकता है।
पड़ताल के दौरान हमें बहादुर शाह जफर की मजार पर पीएम मोदी द्वारा फूल चढ़ाए जाने सम्बंधित कई मीडिया रिपोर्टस भी प्राप्त हुईं, जिन्हें यहां और यहां पढ़ा जा सकता है।
इसके अलावा PMO के ट्विटर हैंडल द्वारा 7 सितंबर 2017 को पीएम मोदी द्वारा म्यांमार में बहादुर शाह जफर की मज़ार पर श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करने का ट्वीट भी प्राप्त हुआ।
इससे स्पष्ट है कि वायरल क्लिप में पीएम मोदी औरंगजेब की मजार पर नहीं बल्कि बहादुर शाह जफर की मज़ार पर श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित कर रहे थे।
