1. इंद्रायणी एक्सप्रेस मध्ये सीसीटीव्ही कॅमेरा बसविलेले नाहीत.
2. व्हायरल व्हिडिओतील कोचचे इंटेरियर इंद्रायणीच्या कोचशी मिळते जुळते नाही.
3. सीसीटीव्हीमध्ये जी वेळ दाखवली जात आहे ती 22. 40 मिनिटे आहे. त्या तारखेला ट्रेन 21.30 मिनिटांनी ठाण्यात पोहचली होती.
4. पारसिक टनेलमध्ये एवढ्या कमी गतीने इंद्रायणी ट्रेन जात नाही.
5. या बोगद्यात एवढा गॅप नाही.
6. लुटारने कानटोपी आणि स्वेटर घातला होता. मुंबईत असे हवामान त्या दिवशी नव्हते.
7. जीआरपी किंवा आरपीएफ कडे अशा प्रकारची कोणतीही तक्रार आलेली नाही.
