Fact
Newschecker noticed the overly glossy and smooth texture of the image, along with the lack of detail in the background, all signs pointing towards it being AI-generated.
We then ran the image past Hive Moderation, an AI-image detection tool, which found it 98.2% likely to contain AI-generated or deepfake content.
Similarly, the WasitAI tool, too, said it was quite confident that this image, or a significant part of it, was created by AI.
