The queen of Bollywood is not missing any chance to be on television every day. Be it standing out against the A-listers of Bollywood or a spat with Shiv Sena, Kangana Ranaut is all over the media these days.
Recently, Ranaut fell for a sarcastic article by The Fauxy.
In her post, she thanked Facebook for standing by the freedom of speech by quoting an article by The Fauxy with the headline “Facebook Launches “Mark Yourself Safe From Shivsena Goons” Feature.”
An achieved version can be seen here.
Kangana Fell For A Sarcastic Article
Taking a dig at the Maharashtra government, The Fauxy article stated that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has reportedly launched a new feature, where people can mark themselves safe from Shivsena Goons.
Similarly, Arogya Setu app will tell people if there are any Shivsena goons nearby. Google Maps is also going to use its technology to ask its users to avoid paths which have Shivsena Goons or offices.
Note: The Fauxy is a Satirical Web Portal. They have declared it publicly that their content is a work of fiction. They have further advised their readers not to confuse the articles as genuine or true.
Conclusion
Facebook did not launch a new feature where people can mark themselves safe from Shivsena Goons. It is a work of fiction by a satirical web portal, The Fauxy.
