A recent Fox News report confirms, “The Pakistani military shot down two Indian jets as the countries’ clash in the remote Kashmir region…”

A keyword search for “Pakistan” and “Indian jets” on the official YouTube channel of Fox News yielded a report from February 28, 2019. We skimmed through the video, and spotted the viral clip at 0:21 seconds.
It reported on the confrontation between Indian and Pakistan forces following India’s strike on terror camps in Balakot in February 2019, confirming that the video is not linked to the recent escalation.
Further, we also found a report by ANI, dated February 27, 2019, displaying visuals from the same location as seen in the viral clip The report stated, “An IAF jet Mi-17 crashed in the Budgam area of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday. The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Budgam, Amod Nagpuri said that two bodies have been found at the crash site and for further investigation Indian Air Force’s (IAF) technical team has reached the spot and will ascertain facts about the crash soon.”
“The crash comes a day after IAF conducted an aerial strike at terror launch pads of Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) in Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) camps,” it added.

Hence, we find that the viral Fox News news clip stating that Pakistan shot down Indian fighter jets is old and unrelated to the recent tensions.
