Fact

Newschecker ran a reverse image search, which led us to this Jordan-based media outlet’s report, dated August 24, 2022, featuring the same blurred image and stating that a nearly naked body found on a Thailand beach turned out to be a hyper-realistic sex doll.

Similar reports can be seen here, here and here, confirming that the viral image shows a sex doll that had washed ashore a beach in the Bang Saen district of Chonburi, eastern Thailand, on August 18, 2022. Officials identified the mysterious body as a hyper-realistic Japanese “AV idol” sex doll, according to the reports, which further stated that shocked beachgoers were initially left horrified and in need of police assistance after a “murdered woman” washed up on the shores of the beach.
