ഞങ്ങൾ ഫേസ്ബുക്കിൽ സേർച്ച് ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ, Amal Unnithan ഏപ്രിൽ 8,2023 ൽ പോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്ത ഫേസ്ബുക്ക് സ്റ്റാറ്റസ് കണ്ടു. “നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇത് സ്ക്രീൻഷോട്ട് എടുക്കാം. നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ തല വെട്ടിയാലും ഞാൻ ബിജെപിയിൽ ചേരില്ല – ഇത് എന്റെ അച്ഛനോട് നീതി പുലർത്തിയ കാസർഗോഡുകാർക്ക് ഞാൻ നൽകിയ വാക്കാണ്,” എന്നാണ് അതിൽ പറയുന്നത്.
“2018ൽ ഇതേ പ്രചരണം നടന്നു. അന്ന് ‘വോട്ടില്ലാത്ത ഞാന്‍ ആര്‍ക്ക് ചെയ്യാന്‍.? ‘ബിജെപി’ പോസ്റ്റ് തന്‍റെയല്ലെന്ന് ഉണ്ണിത്താന്റെ മകന്‍.” മനോരമയോട് പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.
പോസ്റ്റിട്ടത് താനല്ലെന്നും തന്റെ അക്കൗണ്ട് ഹാക്ക് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടതാണെന്നും അമൽ പറഞ്ഞതായി മറുനാടൻ മലയാളിയും 2018ൽ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
