ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਚੀਫ਼ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਡੀ ਵਾਈ ਚੰਦਰਚੂੜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਇਸ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਦੀ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਊਜ਼ਚੈਕਰ ਨੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, 14 ਅਗਸਤ, 2023 ਨੂੰ, ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਨੂੰ ਫਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ।

ਰੀਲੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪੋਸਟ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਕਸਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੀਫ਼ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਦੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੇ ਝੂਠਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਜਦਕਿ ਇਹ ਪੋਸਟ ਫਰਜ਼ੀ ਹੈ। ਚੀਫ਼ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਨੇ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਪੋਸਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਢੁਕਵੀਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
