RBI ਵੱਲੋਂ 2000 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਨੋਟ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਪਤ ਥਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਰੱਖੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਧਨ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਹ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਹਾਲੀਆ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2019 ਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਇਨਕਮ ਟੈਕਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ‘ਚ 2.30 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਨਕਦੀ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਬੈਂਕ (ਆਰਬੀਆਈ) ਨੇ ਇਕ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨੋਟਬੰਦੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਯਾਦਾਂ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ। ਆਰਬੀਆਈ ਨੇ 2000 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਨੋਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੋਕ 23 ਮਈ ਤੋਂ 30 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਖਾਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਨੋਟ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਜਾਂ ਬੈਂਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਦੇਣ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਇਹ ਨੋਟ ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਲਈ ਵੈਧ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋਈ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਲੋਕ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਆਰਬੀਆਈ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਕਾਲਾ ਧਨ ਗੁਪਤ ਥਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਛੁਪਾਉਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਵੀਡੀਓ ‘ਚ ਇਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਟਾਇਰ ‘ਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਕ 2000 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਨੋਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੰਡਲ ਕੱਢਦਾ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਮੇਜ਼ ਵੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ 2000 ਬੰਡਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।

ਵਾਇਰਲ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਕੀਫ੍ਰੇਮ ਨੂੰ ਗੂਗਲ ਰਿਵਰਸ ਇਮੇਜ ਸਰਚ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਚ ਕਰਨ ‘ਤੇ, ਸਾਨੂੰ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਸੰਗਠਨ NDTV ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮਿਲੀ। 21 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2019 ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਇਸ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਵੀਡੀਓ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੇ ਇਹ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਹਾਲ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਹੈ।
NDTV ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ‘ਚ ਇਨਕਮ ਟੈਕਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਕ ਕਾਰ ‘ਚੋਂ 2 ਕਰੋੜ 30 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ। ਇਹ ਪੈਸੇ ਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਟੈਪਨੀ (ਐਕਸਟ੍ਰਾ ਟਾਇਰ) ਵਿੱਚ ਛੁਪਾ ਕੇ ਰੱਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਕਾਰ ਬੈਂਗਲੁਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਿਵਮੋਗਾ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਇਨਕਮ ਟੈਕਸ ਨੂੰ ਟਾਇਰਾਂ ‘ਚ ਪੈਸੇ ਲੁਕਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀ।
ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਲਾ ਧਨ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਏਜੰਸੀ Jansatta ਅਤੇ ANI ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।

ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਨੂੰ ਫਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਵੀ ਨਿਊਜ਼ਚੈਕਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਖੰਡਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਸਾਡੀ ਜਾਂਚ ‘ਚ ਇਹ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਟਾਇਰ ‘ਚੋਂ 2000 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਨੋਟ ਕੱਢੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਹੈ। ਵੀਡੀਓ ਦਾ 2000 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਨੋਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਰਬੀਆਈ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਲੈਣਾ-ਦੇਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
