Video showing negative public review of Jailer, Rajinikanth’s latest movie. Criticising the movie, a man can be heard saying, “Not a single scene in the movie is nice. Couldn’t sit for a single scene. In the name of sentiment… We came to see Rajini on screen. But they can’t give such a movie featuring such a top hero  to such a director.”

On scanning through the comment section of the posts carrying the footage, we noticed users pointing out that it in fact shows the public reaction to Annaatthe.

Further, we spotted “Chennai Waalaa” written on the mic seen in the viral clip.

Taking a clue, we looked up “Chennai Waalaa,” “Annaatthe,” and “Review” on YouTube, which led us to a video by the channel dated November 4, 2021. The video featured public reviews of Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe.

Around 3 minutes into the video, we spotted the viral footage shared claiming to show a man criticising Rajinikanth’s latest film.

Annaatthe is a 2021 movie featuring Rajinikanth, Keerthy Suresh and Nayanthara in the lead roles.

Hence, a video of a negative public response of Rajinikanth’s 2021 movie Annaatthe has been falsely shared to show a man criticising Jailer.
