A purported “USA News’’ report has gone viral, claiming that US president Donald Trump has announced that “no immigrant can remit money back to their own country.” Newschecker, however, found the alleged “report” to be fabricated. Read more here.
Social media users widely circulated an image purportedly depicting a woman’s body wrapped in polythene with her hands bound, claiming she was a Hindu woman murdered and later found by police in the Talukder Market area of Barisal, Bangladesh.
