ਵਾਇਰਲ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਜੀ-20 ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਦਾ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਲ 2022 ਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਕਈ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਯੂਜ਼ਰ ਇੱਕ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ 9-10 ਸਤੰਬਰ, 2023 ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਜੀ-20 ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਝੁੱਗੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੀਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੈਨਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਨਿਊਜ਼ਚੈਕਰ ਨੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਬੈਨਰ ਤੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ, “ਮੁੰਬਈ ਜੀ20 ਡੈਲੀਗੇਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਗਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।’ ਇਸ ਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਇਆ।
ਅਸੀਂ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਦੇ ਕੀਫ੍ਰੇਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੂਗਲ ਰਿਵਰਸ ਇਮੇਜ ਸਰਚ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਚ ਕੀਤੀ। ਸਾਨੂੰ 7 ਜੂਨ, 2023 ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਡੇਕਨ ਹੈਰਾਲਡ ਦਾ ਆਰਟੀਕਲ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਲੇਖ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ “ਪੱਛਮੀ ਐਕਸਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੀਆਂ ਜੋਗੇਸ਼ਵਰੀ ਝੁੱਗੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਹਰੇ ਪਰਦੇ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਜੀ-20 ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਕ੍ਰੈਡਿਟ ਪੀਟੀਆਈ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।”

ਸਰਚ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਾਨੂੰ 16 ਦਸੰਬਰ, 2022 ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਸ਼ਿਤ ਗੁਜਰਾਤੀ ਮਿਡਡੇ ਦਾ ਆਰਟੀਕਲ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਆਰਟੀਕਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਐਕਸਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ‘ਤੇ ਜੋਗੇਸ਼ਵਰੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਝੁੱਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਰੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜੀ 20 ਦਾ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਬੋਰੀਵਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਪਾਰਕ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
ਕੁਝ ਕੀਵਰਡ ਨਾਲ ਖੋਜ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ 15 ਦਸੰਬਰ, 2022 ਦੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਮਿਲੀਆਂ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ “ਮੁੰਬਈ ਜੀ20 ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਮੇਜ਼ਬਾਨੀ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹਰੇ ਰੰਗ ਦੇ ਪਰਦੇ ਵਿਛਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਸਾਨੂੰ 5 ਸਤੰਬਰ, 2023 ਨੂੰ PIB ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਟਵੀਟ ਮਿਲਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਹੈ।
Conclusion
ਸਾਡੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਜੀ-20 ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਦਾ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਲ 2022 ਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
