Several social media users, including verified handles, are circulating a video, alleging it to show a Hindu woman disrupting Eid prayers in a mosque in Virginia, USA, before she was forcefully removed by the police.

Fact check
Newschecker first ran a keyword search for “Hindu woman Virginia mosque”, which did not throw up any credible news reports.
We learnt through a relevant keyword search on Twitter that the viral video was from All Dulles Area Muslim Society (Adams) Mosque, Virginia.
Their Instagram handle on April 22 posted a clarification regarding the viral video, stating that the incident, which happened on April 21, involved an individual from the Muslim community who is struggling with mental health issues. The clarification was posted on their Facebook account too.
We have reached out to Adams Center to confirm the same and will update this article once we receive a response.
Conclusion
Woman seen in a viral video interrupting Eid prayers in a mosque in Virginia, USA, was found to be from the Muslim community and not a Hindu as claimed by several users on social media.
