Taking a clue, we looked up keywords “Khujand,” “restaurant” and “fire” in Tajik on Google, and found a report by Sputnik, dated June 20, 2025. “A fire has completely destroyed the symbolic ship – the Yakkasaroy (Temurmalik) restaurant in the city of Khujand. This incident occurred on June 19th, and black smoke and flames filled the sky over Khujand (translated from Tajik via Google),” it stated.
