यह वीडियो साल 2016 में इंडोनेशिया के North Sulawesi प्रांत में आई बाढ़ का है.
सोशल मीडिया पर एक वीडियो शेयर कर इसे हिमाचल प्रदेश में बादल फटने का बताया जा रहा है.
पिछले कई हफ्तों से हिमाचल प्रदेश के विभिन्न हिस्सों में भारी वर्षा और बाढ़ से भीषण तबाही मची हुई है. ETV भारत की एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, भीषण बाढ़ की वजह से अब तक सैकड़ों की संख्या में लोगों की मृत्यु हो चुकी है और इससे करीब 12000 करोड़ रुपए का नुकसान हुआ है. Newschecker द्वारा हिमाचल प्रदेश तथा देश के अन्य हिस्सों में प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से संबंधित कई दावों का फैक्ट चेक किया गया है. इसी क्रम में सोशल मीडिया यूजर्स एक वीडियो शेयर कर इसे हिमाचल प्रदेश में बादल फटने का बता रहे हैं.

हिमाचल प्रदेश में बादल फटने के नाम पर शेयर किए जा रहे इस वीडियो की पड़ताल के लिए हमने इसके एक की-फ्रेम में मौजूद टेक्स्ट को ब्लर कर इसे गूगल पर ढूंढा. इस प्रक्रिया में कोई ठोस जानकारी ना मिलने पर हमने वीडियो के इसी की-फ्रेम को Yandex पर ढूंढा. इस प्रक्रिया में हमें यह जानकारी मिली कि यही वीडियो Brilio नामक वेबसाइट द्वारा 23 जून, 2016 को इंडोनेशिया में आई बाढ़ का बताकर शेयर किया गया है.
Brilio द्वारा 23 जून, 2016 को प्रकाशित लेख के अनुसार, यह वीडियो इंडोनेशिया के North Sulawesi प्रांत का है, जहां तब बाढ़ आई हुई थी.
इसके अतिरक्त, Official iNews द्वारा 23 जून, 2016 को प्रकाशित यूट्यूब वीडियो में भी वायरल क्लिप मौजूद है. गौरतलब है कि संस्था ने वीडियो को इंडोनेशिया के North Sulawesi प्रांत के Sangihe में आई बाढ़ का बताया है.
