Advocate Rakesh Kishore allegedly tried to hurl a shoe at CJI BR Gavai inside a courtroom on Monday over the top judge’s remarks on Lord Vishnu, sparking nationwide attention. Shortly afterward, posts from his purported X handle, ‘@RakeshKishore_l’, critical of the judiciary, went viral. However, it was found to be a fake handle. Read more here.
