यह दावा सोशल मीडिया पर कई ट्विटर और फेसबुक एकाउंट्स से शेयर किया जा रहा था। इसमें दावा किया जा रहा है कि एनआईए जज रविंद्र रेड्डी, जिन्होंने समझौता ब्लास्ट केस में आरोपी असीमानंद को बरी किया, वह भाजपा में शामिल हो गए हैं।
इस वायरल दावे को संजय हेगड़े नामक व्यक्ति ने ट्वीट किया था जिनकी ट्विटर पर दी गई जानकारी के मुताबिक वो एक वकील हैं। संजय हेगड़े के इस ट्वीट को आम आदमी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता एवं राज्यसभा सांसद संजय सिंह ने कोट करके इसे अपने ट्विटर हैंडल से शेयर भी किया है।
हमने सबसे पहले तस्वीर को रिवर्स सर्च किया लेकिन तस्वीर एडिटेड होने की वजह से हमें कुछ पुख्ता जानकारी नहीं मिली। फिर हमने तस्वीर को क्रॉप करके उसे रिवर्स सर्च किया। सर्च के दौरान हमें कई अन्य पुख्ता सबूतों के साथ न्यूज़ एजेंसी एएनआई का वो ट्वीट मिला जिसमें ये वायरल तस्वीर मौजूद है। इस तस्वीर में अमित शाह और रमन सिंह के अलावा रामदयाल उइके मौजूद हैं, जिन्हे जज रविंद्र रेड्डी बताकर उक्त दावे को वायरल किया गया था।
पूरी खबर जानने के लिए जब हमने अलग-अलग कीवर्ड्स का इस्तेमाल करके इस खबर की छानबीन शुरू की तब हमें अपनी पड़ताल के दौरान News18 की एक खबर मिली जिससे यह पता चला कि असल में छत्तीसगढ़ कांग्रेस के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष रामदयाल उइके 12 अक्टूबर, 2018 को भाजपा में शामिल हुए थे, यह वायरल तस्वीर उसी दिन की है। वायरल तस्वीर में भाजपा अध्यक्ष अमित शाह, छत्तीसगढ़ के तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री रमन सिंह के अलावा रामदयाल उइके भी हैं, जिन्हें वायरल दावे में एनआईए जज रविंद्र रेड्डी बताया जा रहा है।
