दावे की सत्यता जानने के लिए हमने गूगल पर “Cow slaughter” और “BJP Flag” कीवर्ड्स सर्च किया। हमें uncensoredlive नामक ट्विटर हैंडल से 2 फरवरी 2022 को किया गया एक ट्वीट मिला। इसमें वायरल तस्वीर मौजूद है। ट्वीट के कैप्शन के मुताबिक, यह घटना मणिपुर की है।
मणिपुर में भाजपा के झंडे के ऊपर “मुस्लिम युवकों द्वारा गौहत्या” दावे के साथ कई ट्विटर यूजर ने 2022 में यह वीडियो शेयर किया था।
साल 2022 में मणिपुर के मुख्यमंत्री एन बिरेन सिंह के ट्विटर हैंडल से ‘azad_nishant‘ के ऐसे ही एक ट्वीट में एक मीडिया रिपोर्ट का स्क्रीनशॉट शेयर किया गया था। Imphal Free Press की इस रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, बीजेपी उम्मीदवारों की सूची को लेकर कथित तौर पर गौहत्या करने के आरोप में तीन गिरफ्तार।
रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुए गौहत्या के वीडियो में कथित रूप से शामिल तीन व्यक्तियों को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया है। इसके अलावा, रिपोर्ट में दी गई जानकारी के मुताबिक, मणिपुर विधानसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी उम्मीदवारों के टिकटों की घोषणा के विरोध में कुछ लोगों द्वारा पार्टी के झंडे के ऊपर गौहत्या करते हुए देखा गया था।
PetaIndia ने भी इस मामले में ट्वीट कर जानकारी दी कि मणिपुर की लिलोंग पुलिस ने तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है और IPC की धारा 153A, 429, 504 और पशु क्रूरता निवारण अधिनियम, 1960 की धारा 11 (1) के तहत एफआईआर दर्ज की है।
पड़ताल के दौरान हमें ‘द हिंदू’ की वेबसाइट पर 1 फरवरी, 2022 को छपी एक रिपोर्ट मिली। इसके मुताबिक, लिलोंग में गिरफ्तार किए गए इन तीनों आरोपियों पर मणिपुर के मुख्यमंत्री एन. बीरेन सिंह और भाजपा अध्यक्ष ए. शारदा के खिलाफ गाली देने का भी आरोप है। गिरफ्तार किए गए लोगों की पहचान लिलोंग के नजबुल हुसैन (38), अब्दुल राशिद (28) और अरीब खान (32) के रूप में हुई है।
हमारी पड़ताल में यह साबित हो गया कि मणिपुर का एक साल पुराना वीडियो कर्नाटक का बताकर भ्रामक दावे के साथ शेयर किया जा रहा है।
