राम मंदिर के प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के अवसर पर 22 जनवरी 2024 को मॉरिशस में सार्वजनिक अवकाश घोषित किए जाने के नाम पर शेयर किए जा रहे इस दावे के पड़ताल के लिए हमने ‘mauritius declares holiday on 22 january’ कीवर्ड्स को गूगल पर ढूंढा. इस प्रक्रिया में हमें Hindustan Times, Business Today तथा Livemint द्वारा प्रकाशित लेखों से यह जानकारी मिली कि मॉरिशस सरकार की कैबिनेट बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि हिन्दू धर्म में आस्था रखने वाले सरकारी कर्मचारियों को राम मंदिर की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के दिन यानि 22 जनवरी 2024 को दो घंटे का विशेष कार्य-विराम दिया जाएगा.
उपरोक्त जानकारी के आधार पर हमने मॉरिशस के प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट का रुख किया. इस प्रक्रिया में हमें प्रधानमंत्री के कैबिनेट ऑफिस सेक्शन में परिषद द्वारा लिए गए निर्णयों की सूची प्राप्त हुई.
12 जनवरी 2024 को हुई कैबिनेट की बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया कि अयोध्या स्थित राम मंदिर के प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के अवसर पर 22 जनवरी 2024 को हिन्दू धर्म के अनुयायी सरकारी कर्मचारियों को अपराह्न 2 बजे के बाद 2 घंटे का विशेष विराम दिया जाएगा.
इस प्रकार हमारी पड़ताल में यह बात साफ हो जाती है कि राम मंदिर के प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के अवसर पर 22 जनवरी 2024 को मॉरिशस में सार्वजनिक अवकाश घोषित किए जाने के नाम पर शेयर किया जा रहा यह दावा भ्रामक है. असल में 12 जनवरी 2024 को हुई मॉरिशस सरकार की कैबिनेट बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि अयोध्या स्थित राम मंदिर के प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के अवसर पर 22 जनवरी 2024 को हिन्दू धर्म के अनुयायी सरकारी कर्मचारियों को अपराह्न 2 बजे के बाद 2 घंटे का विशेष विराम दिया जाएगा.
