Fact Check: ट्रेन का यह वायरल वीडियो पटना का नहीं है

सोशल मीडिया पर यह दावा किया जा रहा है कि ट्रेन की छत पर भारी भीड़ का यह वीडियो पटना जाने वाली गाड़ी का है.

कुछ साल पहले तक बिहार समेत कुछ अन्य राज्यों से गुजरने वाली कई ट्रेनों में भारी भीड़ देखने को मिलती थी. त्योहारों या परीक्षाओं के समय अभी भी कई बार ट्रेनों में भारी भीड़ देखने को मिल जाती है. हालांकि, यातायात के अन्य साधनों की उपलब्धता और ट्रेनों की संख्या में वृद्धि से इस समस्या से अब काफी हद तक निजात मिल चुकी है.

इसी क्रम में सोशल मीडिया यूजर्स एक वीडियो शेयर कर यह दावा कर रहे हैं कि ट्रेन की छत पर भारी भीड़ का यह वीडियो पटना जाने वाली गाड़ी का है.

Fact Check/Verification

ट्रेन की छत पर भारी भीड़ के वीडियो को पटना जाने वाली गाड़ी का बताकर शेयर किए जा रहे इस दावे की पड़ताल के लिए हमने वीडियो के एक की-फ्रेम को गूगल पर ढूंढा. इस प्रक्रिया में हमें Dailymotion नामक वेबसाइट पर इसी वीडियो का एक विस्तृत वर्जन “Most Crowded Train in the World- Bangladesh Railway” शीर्षक के साथ प्रकाशित मिला. बता दें कि Dailymotion की वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित उक्त वीडियो पर ‘Beautiful Places To See’ का लोगो लगा हुआ है.

उपरोक्त जानकारी की सहायता से गूगल सर्च करने पर हमें Beautiful Places To See नामक यूट्यूब चैनल मिला. गौरतलब है कि उक्त यूट्यूब चैनल पर भीड़ से भरी बांग्लादेश की कई ट्रेनों का वीडियो प्राप्त हुआ, लेकिन वायरल वीडियो को लेकर चैनल पर कोई जानकारी नहीं मिली.

चैनल द्वारा प्रकाशित वीडियो के आर्काइव वर्जन खंगालने पर हमें 24 फरवरी, 2018 को प्रकाशित वायरल वीडियो के विस्तृत वर्जन का आर्काइव लिंक प्राप्त हुआ. वीडियो के डिस्क्रिप्शन के अनुसार, इसे साल 2018 में Bishwa Ijtema नामक इस्लामिक जमावड़े के मौके पर ट्रेन में भीड़ दिखाने के लिए बनाया गया था. वीडियो का पूरा डिस्क्रिप्शन कुछ इस प्रकार है, “Bishwa Ijtema Special Train 2018/ Bishwa Ijtema Munajat Special Train Services 2018. This is not a regular situation of Bangladesh Railway (BR). This video has been taken on the occasion of Bishwa Ijtema 2018 (বিশ্ব ইজতেমা/ Global Congregation) which is one of the biggest annual gatherings of Muslims in Bangladesh in Tongi, Gazipur, Bangladesh, by the banks of River Turag. 2 / 3 millions of devotees are attending and perform daily prayers while listening to scholars reciting and explaining verses from the Quran. It culminates in the Akheri Munajat, or the Final Prayer. With a view to facilitating the movement of Muslim devotees of the Biswa Ijtema, Bangladesh Railway (BR) has made arrangement to operate special trains in different routes of the country.This kind of Ijtema special or Munajat special Trains are used to bring and return those peoples in the ijtema ground and home.”

इसके अतिरक्त, हमें यह जानकारी भी मिली कि इसी वीडियो को कई अन्य यूट्यूब चैनलों ने बांग्लादेश का बताकर शेयर किया है.

गौरतलब है कि Beautiful Places To See नामक यूट्यूब चैनल द्वारा प्रकाशित यूट्यूब वीडियो के आर्काइव वर्जन को जूम करने पर हमें इसमें दिख रहे ट्रेन पर बांग्ला भाषा में लिखा नंबर दिखा.

Conclusion

इस प्रकार हमारी पड़ताल में यह बात साफ हो जाती है कि ट्रेन की छत पर भारी भीड़ के वीडियो को पटना जाने वाली गाड़ी का बताकर शेयर किया जा रहा यह दावा भ्रामक है. असल में यह वीडियो बांग्लादेश का है, जिसे साल 2018 में Bishwa Ijtema नामक इस्लामिक जमावड़े के मौके पर ट्रेन में भीड़ दिखाने के लिए बनाया गया था.
