रूस और भारत के रिश्ते हमेशा से ही दोस्ताना रहे हैं। भारत, रूस-यूक्रेन के बीच छिड़े युद्ध पर अपना स्टैंड साफ कर चुका है, कि वह इस मसले में हस्तक्षेप नहीं करेगा। इसी बीच सोशल मीडिया पर CNN न्यूज़ चैनल का एक स्क्रीनशॉट शेयर किया जा रहा है जिसमें अंग्रेजी में लिखा है कि पुतिन ने भारत को धमकी दी है कि यदि बीच में आया तो अंजाम भुगतने के लिए तैयार रहे।
Google Reverse Image Search की मदद से Newschecker इस स्क्रीनशॉट की सच्चाई तक पहुंच सका। हमने पाया कि वायरल स्क्रीनशॉट दरअसल एडिट किया गया है। CNN की वेबसाइट पर यह वीडियो 2020 अमेरिकी चुनाव के दौरान डाला गया था, जहां से यह स्क्रीनशॉट लिया गया है और उसे एडिट कर गलत दावे के साथ शेयर किया जा रहा है।
