बॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री तापसी पन्नू (Bollywood Actress Taapsee Pannu) ने एक ट्वीट कर यह दावा किया कि वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण (Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman) ने यह बयान दिया कि Taapsee के घर पर 2013 में भी आयकर विभाग का छापा (Raid) पड़ा था.
हाल ही में प्रोड्यूसर और डायरेक्टर अनुराग कश्यप (Producer and director Anurag Kashyap) तथा बॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री तापसी पन्नू (Bollywood Actress Taapsee Pannu) के घर पर आयकर विभाग ने छापेमारी की थी. इस छापेमारी (Raid) के बाद कई सोशल मीडिया यूजर्स ने छापेमारी को जरुरी बताते हुए इसकी सराहना की, तो वहीं कई सोशल मीडिया यूजर्स ने इसे सरकारी मशीनरी का दुरूपयोग बताते हुए इसे सरकार का विरोध करने वाले लोगों की आवाज दबाने की एक कोशिश बताया था.
इसी क्रम में सरकार का पक्ष रखते हुए वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण (Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman) ने पत्रकार वार्ता में यह दावा किया था कि इस तरह की छापेमारी (Raid) पूर्व की सरकारों के कार्यकाल के दौरान भी हुई थी. लेकिन तब इसे गलत नहीं माना गया था और अब इसे गलत बताया जा रहा है. निर्मला सीतारमण के इसी बयान का जवाब देते हुए तापसी पन्नू ने एक ट्वीट कर यह दावा किया कि निर्मला सीतारमण द्वारा किया गया यह दावा गलत है. गौरतलब है कि तापसी के ट्वीट करने से पहले कई मीडिया संस्थानों ने भी वित्त मंत्री के बयान को काफी प्रमुखता से प्रकाशित किया था.

चूंकि हमारी फैक्ट चेक रिपोर्ट वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण (Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman) के बयान के आधार पर प्रकाशित मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स तथा अभिनेत्री तापसी पन्नू द्वारा किये गए दावे के ऊपर थी। लिहाजा हमने निर्मला सीतारमण के बयान का सच जानने के लिए मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स ढूंढने की बजाय वित्त मंत्री के उक्त बयान का वीडियो ढूंढना शुरू किया. इस क्रम में जब हमने ‘nirmala sitharaman anurag kashyap it raid’ कीवर्ड के साथ यूट्यूब सर्च किया, तो हमें इस विषय पर ‘S Cube TV National’ नामक चैनल द्वारा प्रकाशित एक वीडियो प्राप्त हुआ.
वायरल वीडियो को देखने पर हमें यह जानकारी मिली कि वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने प्रोड्यूसर और डायरेक्टर अनुराग कश्यप (Producer and director Anurag Kashyap) तथा बॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री तापसी पन्नू (Bollywood Actress Taapsee Pannu) के घर एवं दफ्तर पर आयकर विभाग की छापेमारी (Raid) के बारे में अपने बयान में, यह कहीं नहीं कहा कि 2013 में तापसी पन्नू के घर पर आयकर विभाग का छापा (Raid) पड़ा था.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman के बयान की Transcript
“Well, first of all, I am not commenting on any ‘A’ individual or ‘B’ individual, when any individual… there are raids happening… when it happens during ‘A’ govt, it’s fine… When it happens during this govt, it’s not. And since the names were taken, the very same name in 2013 raided, not an issue… not an issue… it’s an issue now. How do I answer this? Answer it for the hypocrisy or answer it saying from then this is happening till now, what’s the matter? In the national interest, do we want to know if there is honestly something happening… some evasion happening… I don’t know… I am not commenting on a particular case… I will not. But if, that relates to names… I want to ask, should we raise questions whether there was a serious omission and commission or should we raise the question of… oh! it’s happening now… Please look back, it happened in 2013 on this very same.”
बता दें कि उक्त यूट्यूब वीडियो केवल 1 मिनट और 25 सेकंड का है। इसलिए हमने यह जानने का प्रयास किया कि क्या वित्त मंत्री ने यूट्यूब वीडियो में कही गई बातों के पहले या बाद में भी आयकर विभाग के छापे (Raid) से संबंधित कोई बयान दिया था. इसके लिए हमने वीडियो के बैकग्राउंड में दिख रहे बैनर से यह पता लगाया कि वित्त मंत्री ने यह बयान Indian Women’s Press Corps में दिया था. इसके बाद हमने Indian Women’s Press Corps के आधिकारिक यूट्यूब चैनल पर उक्त वीडियो को ढूंढा। लेकिन वहां हमें इस पूरे मामले को लेकर कोई ठोस जानकारी प्राप्त नहीं हुई.
फिर हमें Indian Women’s Press Corps के ट्विटर अकाउंट द्वारा शेयर किया गया एक फेसबुक वीडियो प्राप्त हुआ। जिसमें निर्मला सीतारमण का पूरा बयान मौजूद है. उक्त फेसबुक वीडियो में एक रिपोर्टर के द्वारा पूछे गए सवाल के जवाब में वित्त मंत्री आयकर विभाग के छापे (Raid) के बारे में बात करती हैं। जिसे 45 मिनट और 19 सेकंड के बाद सुना जा सकता है. गौरतलब है कि उपरोक्त यूट्यूब वीडियो में वित्त मंत्री के आयकर छापे (Raid) संबंधी बयान के बारे में प्रकाशित जानकारी सही साबित हुई.
इसके बाद हमने यह पता लगाने का प्रयास किया कि क्या सच में (Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman) के दावे के मुताबिक़ प्रोड्यूसर और डायरेक्टर अनुराग कश्यप (Producer and director Anurag Kashyap) के घर या दफ्तर पर 2013 में इस तरह का कोई छापा (Raid) पड़ा था. इस प्रक्रिया में कुछ कीवर्ड्स की सहायता से गूगल सर्च करने के बाद हमें Economic Times तथा Mumbai Mirror में 2013 में प्रकाशित दो लेख प्राप्त हुए। जो इस बात की पुष्टि करते हैं कि 2013 में भी अनुराग कश्यप के घर या दफ्तर पर ऐसा ही एक छापा (Raid) पड़ा था.
Conclusion
इस तरह हमारी पड़ताल में यह बात साफ हो जाती है कि Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman ने 2013 में बॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री तापसी पन्नू के घर आयकर छापे की बात नहीं की थी, बल्कि उनका इशारा प्रोड्यूसर और डायरेक्टर अनुराग कश्यप (Producer and director Anurag Kashyap) के घर या दफ्तर पर पड़े इस तरह के ही एक छापे (Raid) की तरफ था.
