सोशल मीडिया पर एक पोस्ट के जरिए दावा किया गया है कि महाराष्ट्र की एक अदालत में महिला जज और एक महिला वकील में मारपीट हो गई।
Fact
दावे की सत्यता जानने के लिए हमने कुछ कीवर्ड की मदद से गूगल सर्च किया। हमें महाराष्ट्र में महिला जज और वकील के बीच मारपीट की कोई प्रमाणिक रिपोर्ट नहीं मिली। इसके बाद हमने Invid Tool की मदद से वायरल वीडियो का कीफ्रेम बनाया और एक कीफ्रेम को रिवर्स सर्च किया। हमें B&B Legal के ट्विटर हैंडल द्वारा 29 अक्टूबर को किया गया एक ट्वीट मिला। ट्वीट के अनुसार, वीडियो यूपी के कासगंज के एक डिस्ट्रिक्ट कोर्ट का है, जहां दो वकील एक दंपति का केस लड़ रहे थे। दोनों वकीलों के बीच विवाद हो गया और नौबत हाथापाई पर आ गई।
इसके अलावा, हमें ‘द प्रिंट‘ द्वारा 29 अक्टूबर 2022 को प्रकाशित एक रिपोर्ट मिली। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, दो महिला वकीलों के बीच हाथापाई का यह मामला यूपी के कासगंज का है। रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि इस मामले में एक एफआईआर भी दर्ज की गई है। इस घटना को ‘लोकसत्ता’ और ‘नवभारत टाइम्स‘ ने भी प्रकाशित किया है।
कुल मिलाकर, यूपी के कासगंज के कोर्ट में दो महिला वकीलों के बीच हुई मारपीट की घटना को महाराष्ट्र का बताकर भ्रम फैलाया जा रहा है।
