यह तस्वीर जम्मू-कश्मीर हाईवे की है।
Fact:
यह दावा गलत है। तस्वीर चीन के एक्सप्रेस-वे की है।
सोशल मीडिया पर हाईवे की एक तस्वीर शेयर कर दावा किया जा रहा है कि यह जम्मू कश्मीर एक्सप्रेस-वे की फोटो है। साथ ही इस हाईवे को बनावने का श्रेय पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी को दिया जा रहा है।
Fact Check/Verification
दावे की सत्यता जानने के लिए हमने तस्वीर को Tineye पर रिवर्स सर्च किया। हमें Virly नामक एक वेबसाइट पर तीन साल पहले प्रकाशित एक रिपोर्ट में यह तस्वीर मिली।
तस्वीर के साथ दी गई जानकारी के मुताबिक, यह चीन-पाकिस्तान कॉरिडोर के तहत बन रहे सीपीईसी प्रोजेक्ट की तस्वीर है।
इसकी मदद लेते हुए हमने गूगल पर कुछ कीवर्ड सर्च किए। हमें Caixin Global वेबसाइट पर जुलाई 2022 में प्रकाशित एक रिपोर्ट मिली। इसमें वायरल तस्वीर मौजूद है। रिपोर्ट में दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार, यह चीन के गासू प्रांत के वेडयुआन-वुडू एक्सप्रेस-वे की तस्वीर है। रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि इसे जनता के लिए साल 2020 में खोल दिया गया था।
इसके अलावा, चीनी भाषा में कुछ कीवर्ड सर्च करने पर हमें इससे मिलती-जुलती तस्वीर gansu.gsn नामक वेबसाइट पर भी मिली। इसमें दी गई जानकारी के मुताबिक, ‘वेडयुआन-वुडू एक्सप्रेस का यह लोंगान सेक्शन का हिस्सा है, जिसे ट्रायल के तौर पर खोल दिया जाएगा।’

Conclusion
इस तरह हमारी पड़ताल में स्पष्ट हो जाता है कि चीन के हाइवे की तस्वीर को जम्मू कश्मीर का बताकर गलत दावा शेयर किया जा रहा है।
