Fact Check: क्या कर्नाटक चुनाव से पहले BJP वोट के लिए बांट रही है नोट? पुराना है ये वीडियो

वीडियो तेलंगाना का है और 2021 का है.

सोशल मीडिया पर एक वीडियो काफी वायरल है जिसके जरिए दावा किया जा रहा कि कर्नाटक चुनाव से पहले BJP वोटरों में पैसा बांट रही है. वायरल वीडियो में एक महिला को सफेद लिफाफे में से 2000 रुपए के कई नोट निकालते देखा जा सकता है. लिफाफे पर बीजेपी का चुनाव चिन्ह कमल के फूल के साथ एक आदमी की फोटो बनी है.

कर्नाटक में 10 मई 2023 को विधानसभा चुनाव होने हैं. इसी के मद्देनजर ट्विटर और फेसबुक पर ये पोस्ट काफी वायरल है. वीडियो को शेयर करते हुए लोग BJP पर चुनाव में बेईमानी करने का आरोप लगा रहे हैं.

Fact Check/Verification

वीडियो को रिवर्स सर्च करने पर हमें 2021 के ऐसे कई पोस्ट मिले जिनमें वायरल वीडियो मौजूद है. इससे ये कहा जा सकता है कि वीडियो अभी का नहीं, बल्कि पुराना है. पोस्ट्स में बताया गया है कि वीडियो तेलंगाना की हुजूराबाद सीट पर 2021 में हुए उपचुनाव का है. India Ahead News नाम के एक पोर्टल ने इस वीडियो को अपने आधिकारिक ट्विटर पेज से 29 अक्टूबर 2021 को शेयर किया था.

इसके बाद हमने ये पता लगाने की कोशिश की कि लिफाफे पर जिस आदमी का फोटो बना है वह कौन है. Google Lens की मदद से मालूम चला कि ये फोटो तेलंगाना बीजेपी नेता एटेला राजेन्द्र की है.

कीवर्ड सर्च से हमें एमडी करीम नाम के एक कर्नाटक कांग्रेस नेता का 28 अक्टूबर 2021 का एक ट्वीट भी मिला. ट्वीट में वायरल वीडियो जैसा ही एक दूसरा वीडियो देखा जा सकता है. ट्वीट में करीम ने आरोप लगाया था कि “विश्व की सबसे अमीर पार्टी बीजेपी हुजूराबाद में वोट के बदले 10,000 रुपए दे रही है. वीडियो में एटेला राजेन्द्र की फोटो वाला लिफाफा देखा जा सकता है जो वायरल वीडियो में है.

2 नवंबर 2021 को छपी हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स की एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, हुजूराबाद विधायक और नेता एटेला राजेन्द्र को भूमि अतिक्रमण के आरोप के चलते तेलंगाना कैबिनेट से हटा दिया गया था. जून 2021 में उन्होंने इस्तीफा दे दिया था. इसकी वजह से उनकी सीट पर उपचुनाव हुआ. राजेन्द्र तेलगू राष्ट्र समिति छोड़कर बीजेपी में शामिल हो गए और 90,533 वोटों से उपचुनाव में जीत गए.

Conclusion

इस तरह साबित हो जाता है कि वीडियो के साथ किया जा रहा दावा गलत है. वीडियो कर्नाटक का नहीं तेलंगाना का है और पुराना है.
