सोशल मीडिया पर एक वीडियो शेयर कर दावा किया जा रहा है कि अमेरिका के न्यूयॉर्क में मुस्लिम शरणार्थियों द्वारा पत्थरबाजी की जा रही है।
Fact
दावे की सत्यता जानने के लिए हमने Invid टूल की मदद से वायरल वीडियो के कुछ कीफ्रेम बनाए। एक कीफ्रेम को रिवर्स सर्च किया। हमें ‘Insider Paper‘ के ट्विटर हैंडल से 05 अगस्त को किया गया एक ट्वीट मिला, जिसमें वायरल वीडियो का अंश देखा जा सकता है। ट्वीट में लिखे कैप्शन के अनुसार, एक ट्वीच स्ट्रीमर Kai Cenat द्वारा फ्री प्लेस्टेशन बांटे जाने के दौरान अराजकता बढ़ गई। लोगों ने चीज़ों को फेंकना शुरू किया, जिसका सामना वहां मौजूद पुलिस को भी करना पड़ा।
हमने इससे मदद लेते हुए गूगल पर कुछ कीवर्ड सर्च किया। हमें ‘drewlextv’ नामक इंस्टाग्राम पेज पर वायरल वीडियो का लंबा वर्जन मिला। 05 अगस्त को अपलोड किए गए वीडियो में दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार, वीडियो न्यूयॉर्क के यूनियन स्क्वायर का है जहां Kai Cenat द्वारा किए गए एक आयोजन में लोगों को मुफ्त में प्लेस्टेशन और गिफ्ट कार्ड देने का वादा किया गया था।
इसके अलावा, अमेरिका के प्रमुख मीडिया संस्थान ‘APNews‘ की वेबसाइट पर 6 अगस्त को छपी एक रिपोर्ट मिली। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, सोशल मीडिया इन्फ्लूएंसर Kai Cenat पर न्यूयॉर्क शहर में अराजकता फैलाने और दंगा भड़काने का आरोप लगा है। रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि इस दौरान कई लोगों को चोट आई है और 65 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। 21 वर्षीय अमेरिकी इन्फलूएंसर Kai Cenat को हिरासत में लिए जाने के बाद छोड़ दिया गया। उन्हें 18 अगस्त को कोर्ट के सामने पेश होना है।
कुल मिलाकर, न्यूयॉर्क में एक आयोजन के दौरान मची भगदड़ के वीडियो को फर्जी सांप्रदायिक दावे के साथ शेयर किया गया है।
