न्यूजचेकरने द्वारकाजवळ गुजरात किनार्‍यावर बिपरजॉय चक्रीवादळ दर्शविल्याचा दावा करणार्‍या फुटेजचे काळजीपूर्वक विश्लेषण करून सुरुवात केली आणि व्हिडिओमध्ये चक्रीवादळ संपादित केल्याचे लक्षात आले.
व्हायरल व्हिडिओमधील समुद्र शांत आणि संयत असल्याची निरीक्षणाद्वारे पुष्टी झाली, तर प्रचंड वाऱ्यासह चक्रीवादळ खरोखर जवळ दिसत आहे. चक्रीवादळ इतक्या जवळ घडत असताना समुद्राच्या प्रचंड लाटा आणि विस्कळीत पृष्ठभाग दिसणे आवश्यक असताना व्हिडिओमध्ये नेमके विरोधी चित्र आम्हाला दिसले. याबद्दल शंका निर्माण झाली.
त्यानंतर आम्ही व्हिडिओच्या मुख्य फ्रेम्सवर रिव्हर्स इमेज शोध घेतला ज्यामुळे आम्हाला @rtsarovvideo चॅनेलद्वारे केलेल्या YouTube पोस्टकडे नेले. हे चॅनेल हवामानात घडणाऱ्या विचित्र घटनांचे वास्तविक आणि संपादित फुटेज पोस्ट करते.
व्हिडिओ ऑगस्ट 2022 मध्ये पोस्ट करण्यात आला होता. यामुळे आम्हाला असा अंदाज लावण्यात मदत होते की व्हिडिओ अलीकडील नाही आणि बहुधा संपादित केलेला आहे. त्यामुळे केलेला दावा खोटा आहे.
आम्ही अधिक स्पष्टीकरणासाठी चॅनेलच्या निर्मात्याशी संपर्क साधला. निर्माता रोस्टिस्लाव त्सारोव्ह यांनी पुष्टी केली की व्हिडिओ चक्रीवादळ बिपरजॉयचा नाही. “हा व्हिडिओ मी CGI वापरून तयार केला आहे आणि मी या व्हिडिओचा मालक आहे. ते संपादित केले आहे आणि ते चक्रीवादळ बिपरजॉय नाही,” असे त्यांनी न्यूजचेकरला सांगितले.
